its not an oil, its a gloss and its sticky and there is no sign of honey or milk.. sorry do not recommend unless you want a glossy lipgloss.. go for it then.

I expected it to be less sticky, but stays pretty sticky and hairs stick to my mouth... Mwehh. Would not recommend.
