We do take in requests if you do not see the album or K-beauty product that you want on our website!

We will do our best to try and source them, but certain factors as import rules or availability at our supplier might hinder this thus we cannot guarantee that we'll always be able to source the product.

All of our products are authentic as we source them from reputable and well known Korean wholesale companies in Europe and Korea.

If your item has been damaged during shipping, please send us a picture or video through chat or email so that we can confirm the damages and rearrange for a solution. We advise to keep the album sealed as we cannot verify whether the damages is pre-existing or not after you've opened the product packaging.

If the damage concerns something within the sealed album (e.g. misprint, crooked poster, damaged photocards) there is unfortunately nothing we can do. Neither we nor our supplier have the ability to open sealed albums to check them. It is a manufacturing error and is not something that we can refund or replace.

All albums are produced, factory sealed, packaged and shipped to us directly from Korea to the Netherlands, we are not liable for any errors in the factory making process of an album or any item of which contains photo cards etc.

We take no responsibility for damaged outboxes designed and intended for protective purposes. In addition, tiny scratches on photo cards are possible during production and are not considered damage.

If the missing item is part of the sealed album (e.g. a photo card, lyrics sheet, ...) unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Neither we nor our supplier have the ability to open sealed albums to check them. It is a production error and is not something that we can refund or replace.

to discontinue its use immediately. Here are some steps to take:

  1. Wash the affected area: Use mild soap and water to gently cleanse the affected skin and remove any traces of the product.
  2. Apply a cold compress: If you experience skin redness or swelling, applying a cold compress can help reduce inflammation and soothe the skin.
  3. Seek medical advice: If
    your symptoms are severe, persistent, or worsen over time, it's
    advisable to consult a healthcare professional or dermatologist. They
    can evaluate your condition, provide appropriate treatment, and help
    identify the specific allergen causing the reaction.

If you have any allergies, medical conditions or are pregnant, please read the product label carefully and consult your healthcare professional prior to use. We recommend that people who are pregnant, have
medical conditions, allergies,  sensitive skin and/or other skin
concerns perform a patch test
and/or consult a healthcare professional prior to use.

Me Time Groningen B.V. is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. As we are not aware of what allergies individual buyers might have, it is
the buyer's responsibility to be mindful of their allergies and read the ingredients to make sure nothing in the product will cause an allergic reaction.

If your product arrived damaged / has been damaged during shipment: please contact us as soon as possible through with your order number and pictures or videos attached of the products as you've received them. We will then be able to proceed with a refund or exchange.

Me Time Groningen B.V. is not responsible for any damages due to customer error (dropped, not properly closed after use, incorrect storage etc.) and won't be able to offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.

A little guideline to finding out what your skintype is:

  • Oily Skin: Characterized by an excess production of sebum, making your skin appear shiny and greasy. This can also lead to enlarged pores and a propensity for acne and blackheads.
  • Dry Skin: Tends to feel tight, particularly after cleansing, and may exhibit visible flaking or peeling. Fine lines may also be more apparent due to lack of moisture.
  • Combination Skin: As the name suggests, this skin type exhibits characteristics of both oily and dry skin. You may notice an oily T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), but drier cheeks.
  • Sensitive Skin: Can easily get irritated, resulting in redness, itching, or burning. It may react adversely to certain skincare products or environmental conditions.
