How to use

Take an appropriate amount and gently massage on a dry face until makeup and impurities melt away. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow-up with a foam cleanser.

Nice for double cleansing

Really nice oil cleanser. Melts off all the makeup and leaves the skin soft. My skin is usually super sensitive especially around the eyes. This cleanser doesn’t cause any irritation but it does blur my vision for a minute after i cleanse my eye zone. Would recommend people with sensitive eyes to be careful around that zone.

Good oil cleanser for double cleansing

I switched to the Anua oil cleanser from the BOJ one because I've got oily skin and wanted to see if this one specifically targeted at pore control would be an even better fit. I really like this cleanser even though it's a bit thicker and heavier than the BOJ one. I haven't experienced the pore control aspect of it (in comparison with other oil cleansers) but maybe that will come later. I kind of dislike that it is parfumed, and because it's quite thick it's even more important to thoroughly cleanse with a gel cleanser after because it can leave quite some residue (also after I emulsify with water after massaging). So in general a good cleanser but if you want something lighter I would recommend the BOJ Ginseng oil cleanser over this one.

An oil cleanser

This does everything an oil cleanser is supposed to do (thoroughly cleanse your face and pore of oil based gunk, such as excess sebum and makeup), which is great, but it doesn't seem special.
Still a recommendation if you're looking for a simple, lightweight oil cleanser!
I personally think the hype around it should be more around double cleansing in general, but I also believe that for some people, this is everything they need!
