Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer €4,99 flat rate shipping to the Netherlands and free shipment for orders above €75,-.

Your orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.


Local delivery


Free local delivery is available for orders over €25,- within 6km of Me Time. For orders under €25, we charge 2,49 for local delivery.

Local delivery orders are usually made to ship out within 24hours excluding Tuesdays. If you need the order asap or have specific delivery instructions please write it down in your order comment section.

Deliveries are made from 12:00-21:00 on Wednesday to Monday. We will contact you via call or whatsapp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Herestraat 84. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00-19:00 on Wednesday to Monday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@metimestore.nl with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Not home / package returned

When the courier is unable to deliver the package and is unable to reschedule delivery they will most likely deliver it to a pickup point. It is then the customers responsibility to pick it up on time, usually within 7days, before the package will be returned to sender. Once the package is returned to sender, it can be offered for re-delivery. The re-delivery fee is €5,99. In case the customer doesn't want to pay the re-delivery fee, the order can be canceled.
